LSEG\'s Analytics organization is rapidly adopting GenerativeAI and similar transformative technologies to build intuitive solutions that access the wealth of information in our documentation, datasets and APIs.We\xe2\x80\x99re building a brand-new organization to deliver on this promise, and we\'re looking for a leader to own the data science and machine learning components of that transformation.Key responsibilities:

• Hire and develop diverse and impactful data science teams, providing technical oversight and best practice training
• Provide technical mentorship and support while letting your team make key decisions and learn from their mistakes
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and iteratively deliver roadmaps
• Build a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years shipping machine learning models, ideally over the full product development lifecycle
• At least 2 years leading data science/machine learning teams
