• Define and deliver the global data strategy to support the companys growth aspirations.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure the platform and capabilities are aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee the agile data development team responsible for building, maintaining, and running the Snowflake-based data platform.
• Establish and embed a data governance, security, and compliance framework across the organization.

• Manage budgets, resources, and team development to support ongoing data initiatives.

• Extensive experience in data strategy, governance, and platform operations.
• Expertise in modern data platforms, particularly Snowflake.
