As a Sales Director at JLL, you will provide advisory services to enterprise clients, and supporting solutions. You will also be responsible for managing and growing the regional sales team.Furthermore, the package is generous, with lucrative commission accelerators acting as soon as you have reached your sales target.What this job involves:

  • Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre Services - at the Regional level; this includes sourcing, executing & closing deals.
  • Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with data centre providers
  • Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including "C" level executives within our target marketplace
  • Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the JLL Value Proposition
  • Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service process
  • Apply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles
  • Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction - Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, cash flows, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations, Legal and Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.

  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for Real Estate, Data Centre
  • Open to travel
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the Development of good relationships and stakeholder management with both clients and colleagues
  • A minimum of 15 years of successful sales experience is required, and/or a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • A formal understanding/ experience of selling Data Centre services
  • Must have the ability to clearly articulate the company's offerings and develop solutions for customers and prospects
  • MBA or equivalent qualification
