Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company is building a networked global organization across more than 200 countries, combining the power of scale, with deep knowledge to win locally. This role provides management for the development and execution of all market activation programs and actions within assigned brands, geographies and/or channels, analyzing and translating brand plans into effective market activation. This role partners with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize market activation, drives successful activation of programs and initiatives to achieve targeted value and growth objectives, and manages within a nominated sub-function or related sub-functions. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced manager who is comfortable with budget management, policy recommendations and strategic planning.
Role Responsibilities
Build overall FPD strategy for the OU
Understand overall ambition, brand objectives and translate growth plans into customer engagement themes
Develop FPD strategy and use-cases where consumer data can drive commercial impact (e.g.: Product Innovation, Personalized offers/value)
Establish overall content strategy and manage content library design
Own impact scorecard across data, media performance, business impact and brand adoption; manage overall FPD budget FPD Acquisition
Build overall acquisition strategy and ensure that the right audience is targeted basis brand needs
Manage # attributes, cost per attribute, taxonomy, ROI
Manage budgeting and investments on platforms to increase FPD records FPD Enrichment & Activation
Own planning, strategizing and governance of usage of FPD data (inclusive of detailing experiences that need to be curated) for better marketing efficiencies
Develop action-oriented data enrichment strategy (considering attributes and platforms)
Subsequent analysis of activation & enrichment initiatives (segmentation, spend analysis, etc.) and building iterative T&L loops
Manage budgeting & investments for aligned activation & enrichment strategy Program Management and governance
Drive cross functional stakeholder alignment to ensure streamlined acquisition, enrichment and activation
Ensure effective collaboration with external agencies for content curation and management
Liaise with brand and IMX teams to ensure aligned objectives are being met
Consent management and other governance on activation and usage of FPD Tech Platform Development
Build strong relationships with media, digital & partners / key vendors across activation and technology to bring innovations that align with market business initiative
Critical Experience:
Deep experience in and understanding of digital marketing and marketing analytics (experience in analysis of consumer first party (FPD) dataset preferred)
