Role Overview:

As the Director of Business Intelligence, you will lead and manage the organization\'s data and information systems operations. Your responsibilities include developing data architecture, implementing data management strategies, overseeing master data management, leading system integration, and collaborating with senior management to define KPIs around data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data architecture and management strategies.

2. Establish master data management processes for critical data entities.

3. Lead system integration to align data systems with business goals.

4. Collaborate with senior management to understand data requirements and develop strategies.

5. Identify data trends and patterns, using visualisation tools for insights.

6. Evaluate, select, and manage vendors for effective service delivery.

7. Implement data governance practices, including quality assurance and lifecycle management.

8. Build and manage a high-performing systems and information team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in systems management within the SaaS B2B industry.

- Strong knowledge of data analysis methods, tools, and best practices.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
