Designation Business Finance & Governance Head - FAO BU

: • Finance Strategy & Advisory : Strategic thinking with growth mindset & proven Finance Leadership skills. Ideas and innovations through data - example which offerings, Geo, Market, Type of client to focus; Help and Drive the overall strategy of the BU from Customers, People, Process, Financial and Client
• Strategic Presentations & Dashboards : Prepare BU Performance/ Update presentations for the Executive level stakeholders
• Financials: Manage the overall Financials of the Business Unit Focusing on Revenue Growth while managing the OI/ Profitability
• Financials: Budget/ Forecast/ Actual Variance Analysis High level of proficiency in project management with analytical blend of mind to analyse and drive actions across various parameters
• Financials: Manage the Overall P&L, Project probability, Other Key KPIs for the BU focussing on Process & Cost Optimisation
• Competitive pricing models: Work with the Pricing Team and other key stakeholders on competitive pricing
• Governance: Set-up and Chair forums to review status and updates of various initiatives for the BU
• Reporting & Dashboards: Track, monitor and report status / scorecard to the BU Head.
• Stakeholder Management: Build Rapport and Ability to independently interact and work with senior leadership and clients
• Communication & Others : Excellent communication & inter-personal skills with hands on all MS-Office applications
