We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Qualify Leads: Proactively research and identify potential clients within the manufacturing industry. Qualify leads based on their business needs, challenges, and compatibility with our solutions.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at target companies. Leverage these relationships to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively.
3. Create and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target markets, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth. Tailor sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
4. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
5. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, product development initiatives, and customer success strategies.
6. Track and Report Sales Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of exp
2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
6. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Benefits:
