Strategic & Technical Orientation
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide strategic leadership to the Workday practice with a responsibility to enhance the customer
experience through
outcome led engagements and high-quality deliverables
\xe2\x97\x8f Focus on Business enablement, Innovation, Practice development, business delivery and practice
operations
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop Short-term and Long-term Vision and Strategic Plans for the Workday Practice \xe2\x80\x93 vision
and execute vertical and account growth strategies, capability and people development
\xe2\x97\x8f Align vision to flow through to delivery excellence, end to end quality, automation, quality, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Define the capability strategy that keeps us ahead of our competition in terms of the deepest
Salesforce skill sets in the market
\xe2\x97\x8f Support development of and enable overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and
current service offerings and Go to Market (GTM) Offerings
\xe2\x97\x8f Enable pre-sales by ensuring availability of practice specific sales kits, collaterals and drive end to
end proposal response delivery
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the targets & utilization for the practice and strategy/solution formulation to achieve
business objectives
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage Partnerships and Alliances within Workday and their partner applications landscape
\xe2\x97\x8f Grow the practice with on-going whitespace identification, capability development and focus to
evolve ways of working with differentiated and accelerated delivery People Management
\xe2\x97\x8f Build a team from the ground up including involvement in recruitment, selection and onboarding
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead teams to create a vision, coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of
trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation. Additionally, shape broader decisions on talent
strategy and talent development
\xe2\x97\x8f Build a culture in alignment with our values
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate and partner across practices to collectively win and deliver complex engagements

Educational Background:
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience Level - More than 15 yearsConsulting Skills with deep focus on at least one vertical;
Client engagement and business development experience; practice development experience; and
