Title: Director Analyst- DevOps About the role: As a Director Analyst specializing in DevOps at Gartner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital operations by providing strategic guidance and thought leadership in DevOps practices. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, conduct cutting-edge research, and deliver actionable insights to our clients. What you will do : Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on DevOps trends, methodologies, and best practices, staying abreast of emerging technologies Industry Insight: Provide strategic insights into the DevOps landscape, offering guidance to clients on effective DevOps strategies Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive DevOps solutions. Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on DevOps expertise. Publishing: Author and contribute to research papers, articles, professional social media and publications to enhance the visibility of Gartner as a thought leader. Presentations and Conferences: : Present at industry conferences, webinars, and client meetings, engaging with key stakeholders in the DevOps community What you will need:

• Knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, methodologies, and metrics.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or advanced degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of experience, with around 5 years in DevOps and a strong background in software development or systems engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Track record of thought leadership through publications, presentations, or contributions to the DevOps community.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or others that validate expertise in relevant technologies and practices are an asset
