Position Summary: Develop and lead a high-performing security team, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence. Formulate and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols across all company locations, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into various business processes, including Legal, HR, IT, and Facilities. Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures. Plan and oversee the implementation of security measures, including physical security systems, access controls, surveillance, and emergency response protocols. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and security industry peers. Lead investigations into security incidents, breaches, or violations, and develop incident response plans to mitigate future risks. Develop and deliver security training programs for employees, ensuring a high level of security awareness and preparedness. Manage the security budget, including resource allocation, vendor contracts, and cost-effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends, technologies, and regulations, and proactively adjust security strategies as needed. Collaborate with external security consultants and experts to enhance the company\'s security posture. Qualifications: Equivalent Indian law degree. Minimum 15 - 18 years legal experience in Indian transportation regulations and ride-hailing compliance. Proven leadership in managing legal teams and navigating Indian regulatory challenges. Experience: Fifteen plus years of experience in office operations management, including managing and leading large teams. Demonstrated experience in lease administration including reviewing monthly operating expenses and conducting audits of Landlord\'s expense computations. Demonstrated experience in current best practices for space design and programming including sound environmental and wellness solutions.
