Job Title : Direct Sales Representative (Industrial Electrical Products)

:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic business initiatives in the industrial electrical sector.

Should have knowledge on both working experience with Industrial Electrical products & Sales experience .

Go for field visits.

Maintain relationships with all the customers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, address their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Work can be either project based or product based .

Types of Products to handle :

Electrical Control Panels

Electrical Enclosures

Industrial Automation Equipments

Lighting Fixtures & Accessories

Motors & Gearboxes

Switchgears - MCB, MCCB, ACB

Wires & Cables

Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in industrial electrical product sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or similar role.

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical products and their applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
