Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Manager to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Vadodara, Surat, Navsari, Vapi, Gandhidham, or Junagadh. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work experience in direct sales, with a strong understanding of the banking, medical, and financial services sectors.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional sales skills (mandatory skill).
• Strong marketing knowledge to support sales plans and initiatives.
• Experience in field sales, particularly within the financial services or banking sector.
• Previous experience in FMCG sales can be an advantage.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
