Key Responsibilities:
Achieving the sales target through assigned leads.
Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
Take daily follow-up of clients
Providing pre- and post-sales support.
Ensuring quality of business and persistence.
Candidate's Profile:
Graduation is compulsory.
Minimum 1+ years of BFSI and Life Insurance experience.
Age: 22 to 38 Years.
Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
Candidate Preference:
Good Communication Skills
Ability to convince and influence others
