- Knowledge of Loan Against Property, SME Loan, Commercial Loan, Term Loan, and Secured Loan products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- - Identify and target small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in need of loan services
- - Pitch and promote SME loan products and services to potential clients
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
