Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DSE) - Vehicle Sales

Overview: As a Direct Sales Executive (DSE) specializing in Vehicle Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers directly. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement, understanding their needs, and offering suitable vehicle solutions. This position requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing vehicle features, benefits, and options.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer preferences, budgets, and automotive needs.
• Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Track sales metrics and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, specifications, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs provided by the dealership or manufacturer.
• Documentation and Administration:
• Prepare sales contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in automotive or vehicle sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
• Knowledge of financing options, warranties, and automotive industry regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
