Roles and Responsibilities :- The banking relationship manager serves as the bank\'s single point of contact for high-net-worth clients in the Priority Banking Division.- Is principally in charge of ensuring value-added services and offering financial solutions to Priority customers. - He or she bears the responsibility of expanding the liabilities size of the relationship through the balances in the accounts of current clients and improving the profitability of the clientele by gaining a greater portion of the wallet.- Through the cross-selling of the bank\'s services and products as well as third-party investment products, he or she is in charge of strengthening the current relationships. Additionally, PB RM improves the book by bringing in new clients.- Along with other non-investment products, he or she also helps to increase customer engagement by offering loans, forex, remittances, and other services to both new and current clients.
