Job Summary:
The Assistant Direct Sales Manager (ADSM) role in the Direct Channel involves engaging directly
with potential customers to promote and sell health insurance products. The primary responsibility is
to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure sales targets are met. The
position is open to freshers, as well as experienced insurance advisors and agents, who are motivated
to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
2. 1. Engage with customers through direct channels (phone, face-to-face, or online) to
promote and sell health insurance products. 2. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 3. Conduct presentations and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of health
insurance products to customers. 4. Utilize leads from various sources and follow up with potential customers to convert
them into sales. Customer Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by addressing their needs
and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Provide post-sale support to customers, helping them with policy queries, renewals, and other services. 3. Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through timely communication
and problem-solving. Lead Generation & Follow-up:
1. Identify and generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, referrals, and networking. 2. Track and follow up on leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients. 3. Convert leads into active customers by showcasing the benefits of Aditya Birla Health
Insurance products.
Market Research & Product Knowledge:
1. Stay updated on the latest health insurance products, market trends, and competitor
activities. 2. Keep a thorough understanding of the company's products to provide accurate
information to customers. 3. Conduct research to understand customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Training & Development:
1. Attend regular training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and
compliance. 2. Keep up-to-date with the health insurance industry and best sales practices. 3. Learn and implement new sales strategies to improve performance. Compliance & Reporting:
1. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all sales
processes. 2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead
management. 3. Submit regular sales reports to the Direct Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and plans for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile:
? Education: Graduate in any discipline
