Job description for Promoter

? Handling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom.

? Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services

? Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it

? Report on demonstration related information.

? Understand customer needs and requirements.

? Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business from them, whether it's an individual or organization that requires products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents.

? Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

? Follow up with customer.

? Answering questions about products or the company

? They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

? The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

? Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

? Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after

sales service.

? Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

? Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in, website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Requirements

? Proven working experience as a Promoter

? Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of customers

? Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Exceptional customer service skills.

? Should have Basic knowledge of Computer, email and MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
