We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Direct Channel Manager.Responsibilities :- Develop and implement strategies to drive direct sales for Insurance products.- Actively engage and interact with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and meetings.- Generate leads and build a database of potential customers through various marketing initiatives.- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch sales campaigns.- Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.- Ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded by the team.Who Should Apply :1.
