As the leader in the Verizon Consumer Group Business at Verizon India, the leader (Dir-Product Strategy) will be responsible for delivering AI product capabilities that would support customer experiences across verizon channels as part of the customer experiences organization (CXO) . The leader will be responsible for building a highly-motivated and talented team, coaching, and mentoring them to deliver high-quality products and services. The role is responsible for leading the team that delivers Gen AI like capabilities in conjunction with our engineering partners. You will partner with stakeholders to establish goals, influence and effectively communicate the vision set by senior leadership. This person must have excellent communication, product management, and strategic thinking skills along with strong AI and domain experience. You will report to the Sr Director at Verizon India. what you will be doing :
Developing a customer first strategy and roadmap to transform flows into developer capabilities needed for best-in-class user experiences.
Analyzing customer behavior data to identify insights on performance and identify a tactical plan to execute.
Providing expertise and leadership across internal teams, including internal Digital Operations, Engineering, Product, UX Design, Marketing and other organizations.
Effectively communicate objectives, data analysis, and solutions to both executives and working team members.
Converting strategic ideas into executable actions by defining solution requirements and facilitating the various team activities to implement solutions.
Acting as a fierce customer experience advocate, leading culture initiatives to embed design thinking and a channel agnostic mentality within the organization.
Working with various Associate Directors in their organization that support Personalization, data platforms and AI products that enable or front line agents and customers - defining and delivering the strategy for the same.
Conducting strategic, organizational, and operational impact assessments and consultation, and develop insight based change recommendations, strategies, and plans.
Ability / experience working with multi stakeholder environment and driving priorities.
Understanding enterprise systems, creating products to leverage the customer crumbs and also consuming that using AI to enable opportunities to grow the business.
Driving innovation in the organization they are leading.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or six or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Eight or more years of experience in running and driving large scale projects through various phases of a project cycle following through outcomes.
Eight or more years of core experience in managing large teams, driving operation efficiencies in dealing with customers
Four or more years of experience in working in AI products
Eight or more years and more of experience in leading large scale implementation of programs in enterprise organization and proven delivery of programs meeting time, cost and quality expectations.
Six or more years of experience in an organization building high performing teams and driving a strong performance based culture and having gone through performance cycles with your team.
Even Better if you have:
Strong Functional knowledge of assisted channels support
Strong Functional knowledge of digital channels support
Awareness of PEGA would be an added advantage.
A relevant masters degree to help support business development.
