We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Dining (Waiter) staff at our burger cafe in Thrissur. The Dining (Waiter) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibility 1. Welcome guests as they arrive at the cafe with a warm and friendly greeting. 2. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. 3. Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them accurately into the POS system. 4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests\' tables 5. Ensure that dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the shift. 6. Present bills to guests and process payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude. 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 7.
