Job Title: Delivery Boy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Boy to join our team. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering packages, goods, and services to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring that their delivery experience is positive and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages, goods, and services to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and customer signatures
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the vehicle, such as fueling, cleaning, and reporting any issues to management
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that deliveries are made efficiently and effectively
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages of up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of navigation and mapping skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Working Conditions:

• Work will be performed in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in a vehicle
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
• May be required to work in inclement weather conditions
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages of up to 50 pounds
