• Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms - facebook, Instagram, youtube, twitter.

o Analyse social media metrics, gain insights from market and customer behaviour using Sprinklr tool.
• Effectively manage paid media campaigns - ensuring on time execution, regular campaign performance monitoring and optimization of campaign performance.
o Data driven mindset, with ability to analyse KPIs and use insights for campaign optimization.
o Should have working knowledge of Google Adwords, Google DV360 Platform, Meta Ads Manager.
• Works closely with the internal teams and digital media agencies to achieve brand objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and should be able be able to work with cross functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Need to be well versed with website analytics tools - Google Analytics 4
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
