JOB DESCRIPTION Digital - Senior Process Manager - Creative Manager India | Full-time (FT) | Digital Shift Timings - EMEA | Management Level - Senior Manager| Travel Requirements - NA We are looking for a Creative Manager with strong experience in Ad Campaigns (Strategy & Conceptualization) for performance-driven (direct response) acquisition & retention ads with a record of accomplishment of higher ROI for the global brand(s) with excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management. He/she should be a standout colleague loves to work with cross-functional teams in understanding the detailed requirement and aligning the needs to business/ product vision. The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on the high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality, and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options, and set priorities to resolve problems. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee concept, design, and implementation of both Print & Digital campaigns with good experience in building video ads and TVCs (short/long forms) from conceptualizing, storyboarding to delivering the final output. Should be a powerful storyteller through visual designs. Provides creative leadership for all visual, technical, and design concepts for marketing-related image and customer outreach programs to ensure quality control and consistency. Should be able to articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually. Responsible to manage the creative team of graphic designers and video editors and make sure they are constantly inspired to develop new designs paying pragmatic attention to detail. Possess good creative analysis for building high-performance ads to develop the quality design and inspiring innovative approaches as a proof of concept including recommendations for quality improvements. Ensure that the Design team is aware of the latest industry trends & improvements relevant to the business & assessing which will contribute to the business. Develop and enforce brand and messaging standards to ensure quality control and consistency. Identify and use appropriate experience design tools to communicate and highlight creative vision with stakeholders (wireframes, interaction patterns, prototypes, etc. Technical and Functional Skills: Bachelor\'s Degree with 8-10 years of experience in Digital Creative Production. Should have an advertising background (education or work experience) & at least 5+ years of leadership experience in Digital Creative Production (Ad Campaigns) Proficient with all tools of the trade within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) Rich experience with concept ideation & marketing and presentation skills. Should be able to understand what the metric (impressions, clicks, and conversions) means and how to apply it to make informed decisions to produce incredibly engaging display ads for Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, etc.) Thorough knowledge of the Design specific production processes including Industry best practices Proven experience in visual designing for multiple channels on print and digital devices (Web, tablets, mobile, and wearables) Has a deep understanding of visual design standard, typography, iconography, and colors Knowledge of Google Ad Operations (Double Click / Google Designer) is an added advantage Should possess good experience on MS Office suite
