To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsJob Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and facilitate the execution of project billing and payment activities.\xc2\xb7 Review service agreements and purchase orders to ensure billing and payment accuracy in collaboration with the PMO and Sales.\xc2\xb7 Generate the order request to initiate the creation and distribution of client invoices in a timely manner.\xc2\xb7 Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments related to credit hold.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and resolve client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies or payment issues.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.\xc2\xb7 Support quarter-end and year-end financial closing processes.\xc2\xb7 Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, working proactively to find resolution strategies.\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to PMO best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience (3+ years) in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Ariba is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English, verbal and written.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus.Additional Locations:
