Possess in-depth knowledge of managing Teams within Microsoft 365, encompassing all functionalities.
Experience in configuring and managing Teams Operator Connect and Direct Routing.
Configure and manage all Teams settings, policies, and upgrades.
Recover deleted data and chat history for users and recover deleted content within Teams environments.
Set up security policies for Teams usage within the organization.
Manage app publishing within the Teams admin center, and work with SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and OneDrive for Business.
Manage calendar and meeting settings, including configurations and bridges.
Troubleshoot complex Teams functionality issues for the entire tenant.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) of system and application configurations and changes.
