Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end Project management and delivery (solutioning to hypercare support) - Develop Project planning, scoping, cost estimation, implementation roadmaps & test/release strategies - Review Tech stack & architecture review, project financials and project audit compliance - Manage WBS, resource utilization, knowledge management, lead steerco & stakeholder communications - Monitor adherence and compliance to project delivery framework, standards, policies and procedures - Develop proposals, presentations on projects - product & services demo\'s, etc - Collaborate with vendors and Third Parties, manage vendor contracts & payments - Cater to requests on RFI/RFP or on the Business Development /Business Management front - Prepare insightful industry reports, thought leaderships and market research collaterals This role requires: - IT Project Managers with End-to-End application development and implementation experience - Ability to work as an individual contributor and take responsibility for successful project delivery - Experienced in any of the below skills is desirable: SAP, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Workday, Anaplan, Ariba, Mulesoft, e-discovery, AI/ML, AR/VR - Technology skills, such as Cloud, mobile, software-as-a-service, analytics and digital platforms - Successfully run several Agile/Devops/CI CD Projects - Understanding of Software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecture, integrations & deployment - Prior experience in handling steering committee and senior stakeholders - Lead teams in the past of 10+ FTE resources (developers/analysts, etc) - Impeccable English proficiency for leading discussions with seniors & stakeholders abroad - Knowledge of Project Management Tools like ServiceNow ITBM/Azure Devops/Jira, etc Good to Have: - Domain knowledge in Chemicals, Deepwater, Retail, Finance, Legal, HR, or Capital Projects - Understanding of Digital Technology Architecture - ERP, Analytics, Cloud, IoT and Automation - Knowledge in areas like IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, IT Operating model, Business Transformation - Managed a project budget of over USD 2M - International exp or worked with stakeholders abroad (from different timezones)
