Are you an experienced UX Designer passionate about creating user-centric digital experiences? Worley is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Digital Solutions team in this role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces, enhance user experiences, and translate complex data into actionable insights. If you are driven by innovation and possess a strong design and analytical mindset, we want to hear from you!Job Specific Knowledge:\xc2\xa7 User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and goals. Develop user personas, user journey maps, and other UX deliverables to inform the design process.\xc2\xa7 Design Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and developers, to define and prioritize user requirements.\xc2\xa7 Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Utilize tools such as Figma.\xc2\xa7 Usability Testing and Feedback: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs. Analyze test results and make informed design decisions to enhance the user experience.\xc2\xa7 UI Consistency and Implementation: Collaborate with business analysts to ensure consistent and visually appealing user interfaces. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Create and maintain design systems and style guides.\xc2\xa7 Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design. Apply the latest techniques and methodologies to improve design processes and outcomes.\xc2\xa7 Documentation and Communication: Clearly document and communicate design decisions and changes to relevant stakeholders. Provide detailed specifications and guidelines to ensure a shared understanding among the project team.\xc2\xa7 Agile Methodology and Project Involvement: Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative and incremental improvements.\xc2\xa7 User Experience Advocacy: Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization. Promote the value of UX and educate stakeholders on the importance of usability and user experience.\xc2\xa7 Problem-Solving and Innovation: Apply creative problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges. Innovate and explore new ideas to create unique and effective user experiences.QualificationsEducation \xe2\x80\x93 Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:\xc2\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.\xc2\xa7 Proven experience of 6+ years as a UX Designer.\xc2\xa7 Certification in UX Designing will be preferred.Skills:\xc2\xa7 Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.\xc2\xa7 Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, or similar.\xc2\xa7 Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UX design.\xc2\xa7 Solid understanding of design principles, information hierarchy, and accessibility standards.\xc2\xa7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.\xc2\xa7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Moving forward togetherWe\xe2\x80\x99re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
