You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments and ensuring adherence to agile principles and values. Your role will also involve promoting continuous improvement and helping the team maintain a high level of performanceJob Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Manage agile project/product execution and promote agile mindset.\xc2\xb7 Manage project ceremonies, artifacts, budgets and timelines to ensure project stays within budget and completes within deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Manage and motivate cross-functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and aligning expectations.\xc2\xb7 Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks/impediments throughout the product lifecycle.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.\xc2\xb7 Track project progress and generate reports to measure project effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders.Job Specific Knowledge:

• Experience in managing product execution in agile environment.

• Experience in project management tools and methodologies preferably Azure DevOps/MS Project/ Digital delivery using .NET and Opensource, RPAs and COTS rollout.

• Experience in managing new age technology like Data Science, GenAI, ML/AI etc.

• Experience as scrum master for large/mid-scale product implementation.

QualificationsEducation - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

• Proven experience of 7+ years as a project manager/scrum master.

• Relevant project management certification (PMP, SAFe, CSPO etc.) would be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, with practical experience in a SAFe/Hybrid agile environment.

• Ability to structure and manage workload effectively, with strong communication and conflict management skills.

• Experience in coaching team members for continuous improvement, with strong motivational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.

• Experience in project management tools and software.

• Knowledge of digital product delivery, technology trends, and best practices highly desirable
