We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA tester with expertise in Automation, Performance, ETL and Power BI report testing to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Digital, this Software Tester role will participate in the testing and non-RPA applications and will have a strong background in software quality assurance. The role is also responsible for helping to define, implement and enforce standards and best practices across the Disciplines and a passion for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Design, develop and execute performance/automation test plans and testcases to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our applications.\xc2\xb7 Conduct ETL testing to validate the accuracy and integrity of data transformations and migrations.\xc2\xb7 Perform thorough testing of Power BI reports to ensure data accuracy, visual appeal, and functionality.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, BDD or similar frameworks.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with cross-functional technology teams using the Agile methodology.\xc2\xb7 Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for the evolving solution with the aim of validating requirements at the earliest stage of the development process.\xc2\xb7 Design and run new feature and regression Manual & Automated tests appropriately to support the release of the features through the route to live.\xc2\xb7 Organize, specify and carry out testing throughout the development lifecycle.\xc2\xb7 Provide expertise in test automation best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.\xc2\xb7 Ability to transform complex Business logic into SQL or PL/SQL queries.\xc2\xb7 Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for the evolving solution with the aim of validating data at the earliest stage of the development process.\xc2\xb7 Design and run new feature and regression Manual & Automated tests appropriately to support the release of the features through the route to live.What you will bringTechnical and Industry Experience:Experience of testing in an agile lifecycle (Must have)Proven experience in Performance testing, ETL testing, Power BI report testing and automation testing.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and best practicesexperience in Performance Testing Can design and implement performance tests using JMeter (or similar) - load / stress / peak performance / etcExpertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load DesignExperience in JVM performance tuning (GC, threading, I/O) Experience in distributed systems performance tuning (e.g. end-to-end performance tests that exercise microservice orchestration) Experience in database performance tuning .Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage CollectionHands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Load Runner or similarProficiency in SQL for data validation and manipulationExperience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium) (Must have)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Experience testing software testing including API testing (Must Have)Knowledge or experience of testing Web Service APIs (e.g. using ReadyAPI) (Must have)Experience of Coding in Python /Java/Java script using selenium (Must have)Experience in Test management tools and methodologies preferably Azure DevOps/JIRA (Must have)Ability to maintain automation test frameworks (Good to have)Experience of non-functional testing (Good to have)Experience in writing complex SQL queries, ability to determine the types of testing that must be conducted (i.e, data validation, regression, etc.), including evaluating the testability of requirements.Experience in database skills required in data migration testing and test data creation ex SQL server management studio & Oracle developer.Must have experience in using ETL Tool /Concept e.
