• Handling Level 1 Post-Production/operational issues for RPA, web Apps & AI solutions.

• Analyzing RPA (Automation Anywhere & Power Automate) & Web App & AI Enhancements.

Education \xe2\x80\x93 Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:\xc2\xb7 A recognized degree or equivalent qualification/experience Certification in Engineering background preferred.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:Priority What - How \xe2\x80\x93 Why % of total job1 Technical understanding of generic system issues to assist with troubleshooting RPA, web Apps & AI solutions in production. Perform Operational & Reporting Activities. Analyze and handle post-production issues related to incidents/change requests and track it in accordance with processes and procedures 25%2 Analyze Use-cases and Enhancements for production RPA web Apps & AI solutions. Prepare Functional Specification documents. Translate Business Requirements to Development team. Work with Worley Standard tool sets like Service Now & Azure Devops. 25%3 Create user guides, demo videos & Supporting Artifacts for all digital solutions as well creative content for the Digital Group to be used for internal marketing of digital initiatives 10%4 Ability to coordinate with local and international stakeholders to resolve RPA, Data Visualization and Digital solutions as well as provide information in case of any queries. 20%5 Prepare and execute Functional Test Cases for RPA solutions. Perform exhaustive testing to ensure quality deliverQualificationsKnowledge / Experience / Competencies RequiredIT / Technical Skills:\xc2\xb7 Experience in Level-1 support for solutions developed in Automation Anywhere, Automate, UiPath and Web applications developed in Power Apps, .Net. Expectation is to Identify & Classify issues / enhancements for escalating to appropriate resolver groups.\xc2\xb7 Experienced in supporting AI Solutions at Level 1 by Identifying and classifying issues to be escalated to the correct resolver groups.\xc2\xb7 Experience with basic SQL Queries and database concepts.\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on Ticketing system like ServiceNow & Excel formulas.\xc2\xb7 Well versed in SDLC using Agile in Azure DevOps.
