We are currently seeking a ITSM Technical Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

As a ServiceNow Integration Consultant/Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and provide innovative integration solutions. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather integration requirements and understand business processes.
• Design, develop, and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and various third-party systems, such as SAP P58, SAP AAT, SAP AP0, Spiridon, ITSM tools, CMDB, and monitoring solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, including design specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure smooth and error-free integrations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on integration-related tasks.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and integration best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration efficiency and enhance overall system performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues during implementation and post-production support phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in ServiceNow integration design and development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow APIs, data model, workflows, and business rules.
• Proficiency in web technologies, such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Experience with integration middleware and tools like ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
