• Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing digital marketing solutions that align with their goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, content creators, and developers) to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Sales Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets in digital marketing or advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Results-driven with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
