and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Executive to

join our team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Lead Generation:

o Identify and target potential clients through various digital channels.

o Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close sales.

o Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital tools to reach out to

prospects.

• Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business

objectives.

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

and support.

• Market Analysis and Strategy:

o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital

sales landscape.

o Analyze competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

o Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets.

• Reporting and Documentation:

o Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to

management.

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and

transactions.

• Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service

teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.

o Provide feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and marketing

campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:

o Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales or a related field.

o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

o Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.

• Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is

preferred.
