Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Sales Manager at House of Armuse. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Digital Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, handling client interactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries on social media platforms, including WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Taking online measurements for custom-made orders.
• Ensure clients understand measurement instructions and confirm details to avoid discrepancies.
• Initiate and manage calls with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Handling post-order queries.
• Doing calls and messages to abandoned checkout queries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital sales, preferably in the luxury fashion or couture industry.
• Proficiency in using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fashion and luxury goods is highly desirable.

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
