We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and managing the sales process using digital platforms and online channels. Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation :
• Identify and generate new leads through various online channels such as email marketing, social media, digital advertising, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Sales Conversion :
Engage with prospective clients through digital platforms, converting leads into customers by presenting and explaining products/services.
• Account Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and digital sales strategies. Use this knowledge to adjust sales tactics and strategies.Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics like conversion rates, sales targets, and customer acquisition costs.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align digital sales strategies with broader business objectives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.Create and deliver online product presentations, demos, and webinars to prospective customers.
