Job Title : Digital Sales Executive
Location : Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Salary : Up to ?20,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience : Minimum 2 years in Digital Sales
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management :
• Efficiently handle and convert sales leads generated from the Parts Kart Application, Intellisale Application, and Maruti Suzuki Website.
• Ensure that customer queries are responded to and resolved within 30 minutes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Social Media Management :
• Manage and enhance the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and relevant content, run social media campaigns, and respond promptly to customer inquiries across platforms.
• SEO Strategy Implementation :
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure the company remains competitive online.
• Content Creation :
• Produce creative content such as blogs, product descriptions, and promotional materials to increase product knowledge awareness.
• Use digital channels to create and promote content that educates customers about the benefits of genuine automotive parts and accessories.
• WhatsApp Marketing :
• Utilize WhatsApp marketing tools to share promotions, engage with potential customers, and personalize communication.
• Drive customer engagement through targeted messaging and follow-up.
• Customer Interaction & Sales Conversion :
• Engage with potential customers via digital channels to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about automotive parts and accessories.
• Convert leads into sales by highlighting the value of genuine parts and addressing customer concerns.
• Coordination & Order Processing :
• Collaborate with internal teams (retail, warehouse, customer service) to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of products.
• Address and resolve any operational or logistics issues that may arise.
• Reporting & Analysis :
• Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, social media engagement, SEO performance, and the effectiveness of WhatsApp marketing efforts.
• Analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaboration & Teamwork :
• Work closely with the retail team, warehouse team, and customer service to improve the customer experience and optimize processes.
• Collaborate across departments to implement strategies that drive sales and improve overall business performance.
• Target Achievement :
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in using Parts Kart, Intellisale, and Maruti Suzuki platforms or similar sales applications.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and tools.
• Expertise in social media management and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools and customer engagement.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Customer-focused with the ability to resolve queries promptly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset to track and improve performance metrics.
• Other Requirements :
• A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple digital platforms efficiently.
