• Lead Management:
• Follow up with leads generated from digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, BikeDekho).
• Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.
• Customer Interaction:
• Call potential customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Conversion:
• Convince customers and close sales by providing tailored recommendations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated on bike and scooter models, features, and promotions.
• Monitor competitor offerings to enhance customer propositions.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on lead status and sales progress.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality.
