• Follow up promptly with all incoming leads to ensure timely engagement.
• Categorize leads based on potential and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
• Effectively communicate with leads via chat, calls, and email to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Convert leads into sales by identifying the right opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and closing deals.
• Maintain a high conversion rate by using persuasive and value-driven sales techniques.
• Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall buying experience.
• Resolve any customer concerns or issues that may arise during the sales process.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand the target audience and refine sales pitches accordingly.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate on strategies to improve lead generation.
• Regularly report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to the management team.
