Join us to make your contribution.AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Digital Product Lead - Product Information Management (PIM).The Digital Product Lead (DPL) is responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet farmer and distribution partner needs and for supporting development across the entire product life cycle. The DPL is the leader and supervisor for the Product team (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Solution Specialists).Your Impact

• Ensures that solutions deliver tangible business value
• Establish PIM data governance criteria and processes to ensure on-going data integrity
• Champion data quality and a data-focused culture
• Translate digital business strategies into product information requirements that help achieve desired business outcomes
• End-to-End responsible for the from delivery to application support and management
• Collaboration directly with customers and business partners to understand the market forces, desired economic outcomes, and broader solution vision influencing product strategy
• Collaborate with Technical CoEs
• Partnership with System Architects and Solution Architects to guide toward successful delivery synergizing between product strategy and implementation
• Evolve the solution and synchronize frequently with the Product Owners providing them with accurate business context and receiving feedback on the feasibility of implementation
• Enable continuous feedback loop by involving stakeholders and customers frequently in Continuous Exploration, PI Planning, and System Demos
• Responsible for the implementation of features in order to implement the agreed content in the planned time, budget and quality
• Support Architectural Runway and negotiate capacity allocations that balance the concentration of business and enabler features in the Product backlog
• Participate ceremonies like biweekly System Demos, Solution Demos, and PI System Demos, actively imparting knowledge, collecting feedback, and addressing product-related issues
• Definition of PI Objectives
• Ensure product completeness
• Release value on demand - ensure that solution deployment is decoupled from release activities
• Passionate advocate of product roadmap
• Balance stakeholder perspectives and proactive communication of the roadmap
• Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams as well as the Compliance with all control processes and standards

Authorizations and Accountabilities

• Inspect product progress and have authority to accept or reject work done on feature level according to the definition of ready and definition of done
• Authority to issue directives for direct employees
• Management of externals and contractors

Reporting Line

• Reports to Functional Domain Lead, Parts
• Product Owners, Product Solutions Specialists, Business Analysts and QA Engineers of the Product Team report to the Digital Product Lead

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education
• 7+ years of professional experience in Digital IT or Product Management
• Relevant experience in software development and program/project delivery on enterprise level
• Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support is desirable
• Solid knowledge of agile methods
• Expert knowledge in conceptually creating and driving digital solutions on a regional and global scale in a multi-brand environment
• Expert knowledge in opportunity and business case development, change management, transition planning, system development lifecycles, program/project management and fielding of business applications in a large scale enterprise with complex organizational and IT structures.
• Hands-on experience, working with Product Information Management solutions
• Act as a PIM evangelist within the organisation, helping to create broader understanding of the benefits and opportunities the digital customer experience channels provide
• Experience in people management
• Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT and Business departments and any level of management
• Detailed knowledge of Digital solutions in the agriculture or other engineering industries
• Detailed understanding of the business areas supported by the systems is required to ensure solutions meet true business needs and requirements
