Your role will encompass both team leadership and hands-on involvement in project work, requiring a balance of management skills and technical acumen.QualificationsAbout youFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. • A master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a preference for qualifications in software development or IT.
• 5-10 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to manage, mentor, and grow teams within software and IT project environments.
• Proven experience with DevOps and Agile processes.
• Proven experience with Source Code Management systems.
• Proven track record in delivering complex software development and IT projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
