Job Designation: Digital Payments Associate
Qualification: 10th pass or higher
Job Location: Throughout Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Role Overview:
• Merchant Engagement: Visit merchants who are not actively using PayTM services and encourage them to restart.
• Onboarding & Installations: Set up PayTM sound boxes and assist with onboarding merchants into the system.
• Sales: Drive sales for PayTM loans, insurance, and EDC machines.
Skills Needed:
• Bike ownership with a valid license and an Android smartphone is required.
• Communication skills to explain PayTM products clearly to merchants.
Salary & Benefits:
• Cities: ?2,52,000/year (take-home ?16,200/month)
• Rural Areas: ?1,87,000/year (take-home ?13,500/month)
• Performance Incentives: Up to ?1,44,000 per year with uncapped earnings.
Interview Process: Can be conducted virtually or in-person.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
