Provides support and problem resolution for specific products.The preference for this role is to be based out of Chennai - Brigade World Trade CenterWhat you will doJob Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage tasks or modules effectively, coordinating with leads and ensuring smooth execution.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Documentations skills for troubleshooting and supporting to leads for root cause analysis documentations.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves common technical problems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of applications.

What you will have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end web development
• Should have assertive communication and client interaction experience.
• Experience in support process such as ITSM process incident, change and problem tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Angular (preferably Angular 8+) including components, services, directives, and routing.
• Good debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful Apis and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience in databases and SQL queries are added advantage.
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as NgRx or Redux are added advantage.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt and testing frameworks are added advantage.
• Knowledge on AWS cloud services are added advantage.
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Computer applications (MCA)
