Provides support and problem resolution for specific products.The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, KA-IndiaWhat you will doJob Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of support engineers.
• Manage projects effectively, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Utilize strong debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Documentations skills for troubleshooting and creating root cause analysis documentations for issues.
• Assists clients with implementing new releases and software upgrades. Responds to inquiries and requests from clients.
• Trains customers in product operation and maintenance.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves common technical problems. Escalates as per procedures.

What you will have

• 6+ years of experience in software development using Java frameworks.
• Should have assertive communication and client interaction experience.
• Experience in support process such as ITSM process incident, change and problem tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools would be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge on OOPS, and Core Java
• Deep understanding of JAVA Spring, and Servlet frameworks
• Exceptional debugging skills and familiarity with debugging tools
• Strong knowledge on unit testing frameworks like JUnit
• Strong knowledge on JSP, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience on LLD / HLD
• Strong knowledge on RDBMS like Oracle, MSSQL or IBM DB2
• Good knowledge on AWS cloud services
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Computer applications (MCA)
