Responsibilities: - Create sharp, memorable written pieces that prompt readers to take action. - Review, edit, and proofread news articles, features, and reports related to Bengal, ensuring they adhere to the organization\'s editorial standards, style guidelines, and ethical principles. - Craft compelling headlines, engaging leads, and sub-headings that accurately reflect the essence of the news story. - Collaborate with reporters, videographers, and multimedia designers to ensure posts are engaging and aligned with the organization\'s vision. - Optimize content for publication across various social media sites, utilizing your expert knowledge of leading social media platforms and their algorithms. - Schedule copy for release at optimal times, ensuring maximum audience reach and engagement. - Monitor users\' engagement with and feedback on every article, using insights to continually improve content quality. - Analyze and report on the effects of publications, providing valuable feedback for future content development.
