This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a strong analytical background.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management :- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client needs across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, aligned with each client\'s brand identity.- Monitor, manage, and report on social media campaigns, analyzing performance to ensure client satisfaction and optimal results.- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance client strategies.PPC Campaign Management :- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns for clients on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.- Conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages for better conversions.- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies to maximize ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by clients.- Provide clients with detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, along with actionable recommendations.Client Communication & Collaboration:- Work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and target audiences, ensuring strategies are tailored to their unique needs.- Collaborate with the internal marketing and design teams to create cohesive and impactful digital marketing campaigns.- Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed their objectives.Requirements:- Proven experience of 3-5 years in social media management and PPC campaign management, preferably in an agency setting.- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).- content creation skills with a creative approach to digital marketing.- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that enhance client campaigns.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.- We prefer to hire local candidates, so applicants from outside Delhi are requested not to apply.
