Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising. They will also be involved in analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.Qualifications- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and best practices- Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting key metrics to drive optimization strategies- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to improve organic search visibility- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field- Certifications in digital marketing or related areas are a plusWorkdays : 5 days.Job location : Janakpuri, West Delhi.
