Job Purpose:As a Digital Media Planner, you are responsible for building a cross-channel strategy for delivering on client objectives and for ensuring that plan is executed, optimized, and evolved as needed to meet the changing landscape.Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital media plans across various platforms, including display, SEM, social media, and programmatic advertising.
• Provide data-driven rationale for digital media mix, budget allocation by medium, expected performance, and return on investment
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to ensure that the media plan aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Communicate data and insights through compelling reports and presentations, both internally and to the client
• Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate rates to ensure the most cost-effective media buys.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our clients remain competitive in the marketplace.
• Work with the analytics team to ensure that campaigns are tracked accurately, and that data is being used effectively to drive decision-making.
• Manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.

Requirements:Required Education and Experience:

• Graduate from accredited college or university
• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital media planning or buying
• Experience with media planning and buying tools, such as DoubleClick, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Work Timings:Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. This will provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration.
