About the work from home job/internshipThe ideal candidate will execute digital advertising campaigns, manage social platform content, research competitors, and engage with online communities. They will work closely with senior team members but should be able to manage day-to-day tasks independently.Responsibilities
Digital Advertising Management
#Plan, create, and execute advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other programmatic ad platforms.
#Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid mgmt, and performance analytics.
#Track campaign results and provide regular reports on ROI, CTR, and other KPIs.Social Media Management
#Plan and schedule content on social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
#Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
#Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or inquiries on time.Competitor and Market Research
#Research competitors and industry trends to identify new strategies, product offerings, and market gaps.
#Provide reports with actionable insights on positioning, pricing, or content strategies.Content and Community Engagement
#Post content on relevant platforms, including Quora, Reddit, blogs, and other specific platforms.
#Engage with communities by sharing valuable insights, participating in discussions, and supporting users.
#Maintain a consistent presence on community platforms to enhance brand awareness and trust.Qualifications & Skills
#2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or content creation roles.
#Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager), and social media management tools.
#Conversational writing skills with the knack to create engaging content.
#Basic understanding of competitor research tools and techniques.
#Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
#Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure marketing performance.Bonus Skills
#Experience with SEO, email marketing, or influencer marketing.
