We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating strategies that drive traffic, engage users, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and have a strong understanding of online marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising (PPC).
• Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
• Analyze performance data (website traffic, conversion rates, etc.) and use insights to improve marketing efforts and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators and design teams to produce engaging marketing content.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor trends in digital marketing and implement best practices to ensure our strategies are up-to-date.
• Develop email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
• Provide regular performance reports, metrics analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.
